Aim of the Programme

Provide opportunities for all adults during the day, evenings and weekends Provide for social tennis and match play Provide for mens and ladies teams Develop tactical awareness of players in singles and doubles environments Encourage adults families to participate in the programme Increase enjoyment through more effective performance Create a friendly and social atmosphere
DOUBLES TACTICS	Wednesdays 12-1.30pm	£6.00
Tactics we will be focusing on:
Serve and volley Two ball pass Intercepting at the net Communication with partner Consistency when hitting cross court Returning and rallying to a length


RUSTY RACKETS	Wednesdays 1.30-2.30pm	£5.00
For players getting back into the game.
Techniques and tactics that will be worked on:
Grips and shape of forehand and backhand Grips and shape of serve and volley Height over the net Sideways on ground strokes Lobbing and smashing Learning the rules and scoring in tennis
